what’s hotter than the Meridian real estate market?
Can you guess what’s hotter than the real estate market in Meridian. With new construction back at a frenzied pace especially in the northern portions of Meridian, you would be hard pressed to find an area hotter. building starts are up exponentially, interest rates are down, foreclosures are down, inventory levels are down all of which have combined to make our market one of the hottest in the nation. So still wondering what is hotter…..the temperature!
2012 was warmest and second most extreme year on record for the contiguous U.S.
according to NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration 2012 was the most extreme climate we have seen so far. As far as predictions go I think the forecast for 2013 will be much the same for both the the real estate market in Meridian and the weather. HOT!!!
